RightEye Renewal Policy & FAQ's

After the initial term of your RightEye subscription(s), your account is automatically renewed for an additional renewal term at the agreed-upon rate in your agreement.

Below, please find the RightEye Renewal FAQs:

1. Why do I have a renewal fee?
• Your renewal fee covers the cost of using your software, security, and platform maintenance.

2. Is there a Lifetime Service Option?
• Yes, to upgrade your account to lifetime service email success@righteye.com 

3. I have more than one machine; do I have to pay more than one renewal?
• Yes, each unit must be renewed at the end of their active subscription.

4. My services lapsed; why am I being charged to reactivate my account?
• The service reactivation fee covers the costs associated with reactivating your account.

5. When will my renewal payment be processed?
• All customers with a renewal due between the 1st and the 14th of the month are charged on the 1st day of the month.
• All customers with a renewal due between the 15th and the end of the month are charged on the 15th day of the month.

6. Why can’t I log in?
• Customers who are late with their payments will have their service interrupted.
• To restore services your renewal payment must be processed.

7. What do I do if I need more time to pay my renewal fee?
• Please send an email to success@righteye.com 
• When you email, please include your best contact information so our team can follow up with you.

8. Can I split my renewal into installments?
• Please email success@righteye.com to discuss your renewal with the Customer Success Team.
