We will be releasing an update to your RightEye system on July 2, 2019.
We will be releasing this update between 3 and 4 PM ET. If you are testing during this window and experience any error, please exit to the green welcome screen and click “Take a Test” to continue with the update.
After 4 PM, the update will be applied automatically whenever you select “Take a Test” from the green welcome screen and you should not experience any service interruptions.
Reading Test Updates
Extended the reading test time to allow two minutes per page (previously it was one minute per page). We've also updated the text in a few of the long stories to address issues.
Patient Management
There was an issue where Client Administrators were unable to edit existing or add new emails for
patients. We have resolved this and editing is now working properly.
Updated Emails
We have updated various texts in the emails we send to make them more informative.
