Each test taker should be assigned a unique User ID. If your office already uses an EHR system or other record system that assigns IDs to each patient, we recommend using that ID for consistency. If not, be sure to define a consistent User ID format for your practice.
Whatever format you choose, make sure that it is not easily forgettable and does not allow for duplicates. We do not recommend using only names, special characters, or spaces in your User ID as these can be forgotten, duplicated, or mistyped easily.
